I’ve been to uBreakiFix Sugar Land twice now, and both experiences have been fantastic! They made the entire process quick and hassle-free, and my phone was fixed perfectly both times. Starting my day with a lock phone. Which was a bit upsetting. Came to see Torrey for help. He was very helpful, and respectful to my feelings. He understood the concerns I had with the information on my phone. Torrey helped to reset the phone, and transfer information from the old phone. I was happy to know I was understood with my concerns. Torrey was very helpful. Thank You so much. It's nice to know people still care.
Quick and efficient service from Nick, and gave a straightforward approach. Mine was an irregular power glitch. Nick reset the battery at no charge! This was my 3rd time there and my experience has been great every time!
