Ubreakifix, I would rate the employees I encountered even higher if I could. I explained the situation I was having with my phone and they diagnosed the issue immediately. Even better was they went out there way to ensure my phone was repaired in a expedited manner. Honestly I hate going into any phone store. Its typically a unforseen issue thats arose within the day.
