Fantastic service and very knowledgeable. Thought I was going to have to buy a new PS5 because of an hardware issue but they were able to fix it at a fraction of the cost. They did it quicker than estimated as well! Great Experience! Highly recommend this local business.
Come in to do a warenty replacement for my samsung headphones they claim there's PHYSICAL DAMAGE its from pocket, the battery is bad its not from physical damage. These guys suck.
My second interaction, both were successful, timely and reasonably priced. I'm trying to keep my older device working and they had the battery I needed to continue life support.
