Fast ,professional and courteous.
I needed to transfer all of f my apps from my old phone to my new phone. The old phone broke and has a black screen. They told me I had to pay for the software that they did not have and $150 for the repair. I was told it was a 50%success rate. Went home and told my daughter how frustrating it was. She worked on my phone and had all my apps restored in less than three minutes. Incompetence at its finest in this store. Have a teanager or young adult fox it for free.

A great experience when I brought in a computer and my cell phone. Bree is a delight to work with. She is very knowledgeable and got answers when needed. Bree fixed the phone so it is working fine. The computer needs parts that they are ordering, great service.
