They did resolve my problem with unwanted ADs appearing on my phone at frequent times unsolicited. The problem, however was I lost multiple apps including my remote security cameras which I could monitor on our farm in Indiana. I am unable to reestablish the link without traveling to Indiana. Had an issue with a new phone. Started off wrong and the more I “fixed it” the worse it got. Took it to ubreakifix and sure enough, they fixed it. It took a while but he was patient and determined And successfull! And I am very grateful!😊👍
