I absolute love this store. 100% best customer service & 100% best behind the scenes fix-it people that are like surgeons with a soldering iron and fix the unfixable. Also they won't BS you if it will cost more to fix than to get a new one they will let you know. Hand down, best electronics fix-it store I've ever worked with.
Chris the manager is always great he took my phone and did a data transfer for me in no time flate love unreal Frederick I will always come back for and repair needs
My experience was great. Chris was able to get data off my old damaged cell and he gave me good options for getting a new phone. I bought a used Samsung, anew model than my last one and I am very pleased with the result.
Another customer and I came in around the same time with viruses on our phones and Drew fixed them with ease. Thank you guys
