Jake was super helpful and kind. I was worried my phone wasn't salvageable but thankfully they were able to fix it all in the same day! I've never taken any devices to get it fixed but will definitely be coming back in the future if I need to. When I got my phone back it felt like a brand new one! Overall, amazing job and I will be recommending to everyone I know!

I originally came into ubreakifix for the first time a little over a week and 1/2 ago on March 21, I called beforehand and the asst manager, Juvenal D, was extremely pleasant to me and he was professional and he said he knew what was wrong with my phone. He said it was my screen I said but its not cracked only the protective screen was he said he has seen this before and it's the screen. I came in to ubreakifix for the first time and what a wonderful experience! I called before hand and Juvenal D was amazing he knows phones and what was wrong with my phone!
