The screen of my phone was super broken! I took my phone Saturday morning, super convenient because i work Monday-Friday. The gentleman was very polite and walked me through the process of how long, how much ect. Dropped my phone off and in a few hours it was ready for pick up! Super grateful! My phone looks brand new.
