Avoid this 'merchant' like a case of Long Covid (AKA Permanent Vaccine 'Side Effect' AKA Collateral Damage, But I Digress.) You WILL get ripped off ($) at least. I never got to the repair, which they were going to charge me a King's Ransom for the repair alone, and at least that was explained up front. The hiccup emerged in the form of a $30/MO RECURRING fee for an insurance policy that was NEVER explained to me in any way, shape or form.
I had an appointment at 4pm, and as soon as we decided to bring the phone for the guy to look at, he told us that he is too busy today and he can't do it. Come back in two days. What the hell is the point of getting an appointment if you can't take a look at the phone?

While the repair took a longer time than expected, my unit was repaired and working. Only complaint was the lack of communication as to the status of the unit while it was being repaired.
Justin W at the Washington square store was a ROCKSTAR!!! Very knowledgeable and helpful with excellent customer service skills. Normally I have high anxiety with this phone but his relaxed attitude and friendly manner was very appreciative to this old lady. 😃 I would recommend this place and I will come back. Thank you Justin W!!!
