Good folks work at this store. Started with what essentiallyamounted to a miscommunication and a late rush near close for them. They could have chosen the, "sorry for the miscommunication, but you'll have to come back another day" way out. Instead, they helped a desperate customer (aren't we all when we need our phones). Very grateful for their customer-centric approach.
Poor customer service and poor communication on the progress (or lack thereof) of the product's repair. It was my first--and based on my experience, last--time I will use them. Too bad!

Broke my screen yesterday came in today with my insurance through Verizon. Was able to get it dropped off and picked up in about 3 hours The techs are very polite and helpful. Quick respond when you come in.
