I went in yesterday 4/8/22 and this location has been closed/ abandoned. Waste of GAS and TIME! Announce this closing!
I had an appointment there yesterday which was confirmed and when I went there, the lights were off and I called the phone number several times and there was no answer. I called the next closest location to me and ended up taking it to the location in Forest Hills, which was still open luckily. They have to keep my phone for a few days, but hopefully they can diagnose it and let Samsung know that it is defective so that they can mail me a new phone soon.
