If I could give no stars I would. On August 3rd, I took a 10-month-old Samsung Galaxy A15 to the store for repairs. It overheated and would not charge after speaking with Samsung, as it was under warranty. After not receiving a call back the next day, I called for an update and was told that they'd ordered parts and it may be several days for them to come in.
