Staff does not know what they are doing. They dont carry needed stock.ie batteries. I was told they could not fix my screen because I also needed a battery. Battery would take 3 to 5 working days to recieve. Had a broken pair of headphones, Jeremy and Darryl popped it back together real quick and free of charge.
Very impressed with the customer service here. He walked me through the issue and made sure I understood all of my options before moving forward. The process was smooth and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need another repair!
