Charged 350.00 to not replace anything on the phone. They replaced the screen on my husband's phone not even 3 months ago. It should've been covered by their "1 year warranty" The two workers go in the back and start whispering then say well it's not covered because of a scratch on the back of the phone. We then tell them how? You replaced the screen the screen isn't damaged at all and that's what the warranty is covering.
