Scheduled a repair. Told them EXACTLY what needed to be fixed with the checkboxes they provided along with further info in the Description field. Not only can't they fix it (even though they advertise that they can), they didn't call, email or text me telling me that they're basically worthless. This way I wouldn't waste my time at their dishonest store. Don't believe what's on their site. They have no ethics or self-respect, much less, respect for their customers). Great job!
