Don't waste your time with these guys. The little dude thinks he's the smartest guy on the planet. Twice, I've taken a device in that was under warranty, only to have them tell me that somehow I had damaged the device, even though there was no physical evidence the device what's damaged. Both times when I sent the device back to the manufacturer, they replaced it under the warranty. Pretty sure, these guys don't make the same amount of money on warranty work so they manufacture ways to tell people that they're device is not ... read more
