They were super fast and extremely nice!
Had great experience at this place last time. Today I felt like I was being overcharged for the workers to make commission money on a simple problem I had on iPhone, so I took my problems elsewhere. 5 stars a few weeks ago, 2 stars today. Felt unhelped and taken advantage of.
Extremely unhelpful. Unwilling or unable to communicate with Samsung to even begin repair process. Only briefly looked at my phone saying would not be covered by Warranty. No information such as description or photos sent to Samsung to determine if covered or not. Completely defeating the purpose and convenience and of having a device repaired locally. They are a contracted Samsung repair location but seemingly have very little knowledge or contact with them. Stating that the contracts they have limit what they can do. Which... read more
