Fortunately, I was directed to uBreakiFix for repairs on my Pixel 4XL. As a Google Authorized repair location, they replaced the motherboard and selfie cam - no cost!!! It would have been even better if all was done in one trip. I had to come back for the camera replace because Face Unlock would not work with the new motherboard. Thank you!
These guys were terrific all around. I highly recommend this specific You Break I Fix location
They asked me to transfer my appointment from one location to another which took half an hour then looked at my phone and said they can't fix it because the back of the phone had some small cracks. Terrible customer experience. Not recommended.
