CJ and Breanna were awesome. They went over and beyond to fix my phone. CJ's customer skills were awesome. The place was packed, but CJ made every customer feel that their issue was important and they would take care of us.
CJ rocks it!!! When Samsung wouldn't warranty the repair, CJ saved the day. Would highly recommend to everyone!

Went to the orchard lake (west Bloomfield) location and originally spoke to Jason. Immediately upon walking in, he gave my friend and I a hard time and had an absolutely terrible attitude. Short temper and just a very unprofessional employee. I left the store and called the Southfield location and spoke with CJ. CJ was polite and polar opposite to the experience we had with Jason.
