It was good, my mom said it was the best rapier service she ever had, my phone works fine and they even do a free cleaning and screen protector, just one problem they said they call when they done and I don't think they did and we came in a half hour before closing but the one desk guy was really nice,
Roland was extremely helpful. He was able to help us through the warranty of Verizon. In addition he let us know of other free services that were being offered. This was all done in a timely manner.very happy with the whole process and it was done with genuine courtesy and a smile.
