I want to thank the staff at uBreakiFix in Cheektowaga for solving the virus issues on my phone! I was sweating bullets worrying that the phone was a goner, but the staff did a great job of cleaning things up! Particular thanks to Bill at the drop-off counter, who took time to answer my endless questions with patience & good humor, and explained some things to me that I didn't know I didn't know! Thanks again, guys! Nice to know I have people I can rely on for help with tech troubles!
