If I could give a zero rating I would. This location is awful and I wouldn’t recommend them for laptop repairs. They had my laptop for 2 weeks and when I called to inquire about it (twice) the guy said he would look at it and call me back in a couple days and it never happened. So, I went and picked up my laptop, cancelled my plan and got my refund.
