EMPLOYEES OF THE STORE DO NOT WANT TO WORK I BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT FOR 6:30-7PM AND WAS ASSURED THAT THE REPAIR CAN BE DONE SAME DAY I THEN CAME INTO THE STORE AND THE EMPLOYEES TOLD ME THEY CANNOT DO THE BATTERY REPLACEMENT SAME DAY AND THAT I HAVE TO LEAVE THE PHOEN WITH THEM. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD MAKE ME A SECOND APPOINTMENT AND THAT IT CAN BE DONE THE SAME DAY I CAME BACK TO THE STORE THE FOLLOWING DAY AND WAS TOLD THE SAME THING.
