Mi situación fue que mi monitor de un momento a otro no quería prender, aunque ya había estado trabajando no prendía luego. Me comunique con ellos explicando el asunto y aceptaron, les pague y me dijeron que entre dos a tres días estaba listo, pasaron como 5 días o mas y voy a recoger el monitor a ver qué tal y me dicen que no pudieron que estaba dañado la fuente de energía y qué no lograron hacer nada. De verdad que decepcionante esto y bueno al final no me rembolsaron ni un solo centavo
