I had the pleasure of visiting Ubreakifix store at 42-28 Bell Boulevard today to fix my Android and I must say the entire experience was exceptional. I spoke with a rep (Mark as his name) he was pleasant and polite and he told me that typical repair times are up to 2 hours but he was going to try his best to have it done quickly for me. Very good and quick service, even when other phones were meant to be fixed before mine.
I experienced the most horrible experience that a customer can handle. I checked in the PC on 7/3/25.I realized I forgot submitted the heatsink SSD cover.called in 7/9/25 told Mark I'll bring it back. 7/10/25 called and ask the statues of the repaíring got yelled at and told he cannot do anything for not receiving the RAMs.7/11/25 got called for pickup the PC.
