OMG! What a great place. I wish I had one near me! Fixes the problem, no waiting and no one trying to seek you anything. Highly recommend!
They did a good job of backing my phone up to another device that I had. No big deal, but I appreciate the job they did.
MarryJane was fast, understanding, and knowledgeable. My phone screen cracked and I was unable to see the screen. When I asked if she was able to fix it she said yes, and was reassuring. Dropped my phone off at 10:30 AM and it was ready by 2:30 PM when I showed up. It was quite obvious she did not wait until the last minute to start working on it delaying the picking up time.
I really hate to leave a bad review but... I brought my phone twice to get repaired here through assurion. The first time they had my phone for 3 days. The second time I was told my phone would be ready for pick up in a couple hours.. when I went back to pick up my phone they said it was failing a test for the NPC/Wireless charging. I was told the part had to be ordered through Samsung & had to wait 1 or 2 weeks for it to be delivered. After 2 weeks I called no one answers the phone.
