I came in to the store at 6:30 PM, 30 minutes before closing, with 2 samsung S22 phones on 9/4/25. The technician, whose name I did not get, told us that one phone would cost $40 and would be as good as new. The other would cost over $300 and might not work as good as new without further repairs. I had been thinking of exchanging the more expensive to repair phone for an Apple I 16 phone so we just had the work done for $40. He told us it would be fixed that day and in 20 minutes it was. Very good experience
A simple fix for replacing my laptops charging port took 15 days. Six days in a row I was told the necessary part was delivered and would be installed that day. Six days in a row I was lied to. I was also told that they would clean my laptops fans and any remaining dirt. When I went to pick it up, none of that was done. At least the price was adjusted but I will never use this place again. Do yourself a favor and go to Microcenter instead.
