I had to make an appointment last week just for someone to tell me they had to order a part and it wasn’t available, which I think could have been called about. Anyway I showed up to my appointment the following week and the person working was busy getting their breakfast after my appointment time, I was standing outside waiting but they didn’t let me in or say anything until I walked in.
