This past Saturday I made an appt, then drove 45 min to find out it's first come first serve appts mean nothing. After waiting in line the mid 20s guy said that a replacement for my blank broken screen had to be ordered, BUT it "couldn't" be ordered without the IMEI number. Being unable to see my screen and living 45 min away I asked if I could call the IMEI when I got home to order and still a "sorry No, and you'll need to pay at that time of order which can't be done over the phone". They told me they had the battery in stock to come in and they would get it done in 1-1/2. When I got there they said the battery was reserved for a repair. Basically waisted an hour of my life, really more than that considering traffic. The guy behind the counter was trying to waste even more of my time as I walked away, soon as I figured out they couldn’t do it.
Would not recommend went here for a phone screen replacement and was told they can’t call you when they are done so had to guess on when to come back. Second I bought a glass screen saver and they put it on poorly so as soon as I put my case on my phone it started lifting the screen saver from it not being centered and way to low. Went back in to have them fix it right away and they recentered it and now has pockets of air under it and looks bad ended up just leaving will go somewhere eles next time.
