Brought my phone in with a broken screen. They had my phone for four hours. They said they couldn't release it until they ran a diagnosis, a policy asurion requires. 30 minutes later they said their computer is having issues. Phone wasn't charging. Merchant stated $40 to clean/fix but no charge if that did not work. I agreed. Took 2-3 minutes to clean with compressed air; woman stated it workef fine and charged $40. Tried later in car and home, 5 cords and 3 different chargers. Did not charge properly/at all on any.
