Sabrina the PA is wonderful. Love that she is thorough and willing to make a treatment plan. However, the front desk staff needs a few lessons in office etiquette. That dark haired woman that was working check-out window this morning needs to learn volume control when casual chatting with her co-workers. The whole time I sat in the waiting area she was literally shouting at her co-workers about a wedding she was complaining about. I had carpal tunnel surgery on my left and right hand .Dr Ross cole was my surgeon he gave me a new life with my hands I no longer have any pain in either hand he told me that surgery doesn't work on everyone I told him I had faith in him he would make my hands better. I thanked him when I went for my check up.i would recommend dr.cole to everyone I know. thank you again.
