I would first like to say Dr. Almadhoun is WONDERFUL and he alone deserves 5 stars. His office on the other hand... not so much... anytime we have been for an appointment they have been SO KIND! However answering their phones is a NIGHTMARE. If you need to get ahold of anyone forget about about it! No one answers the phone when you call, and if you miss their call back (if they even do call back) you will be playing phone tag for weeks on end... however, this review is for a different specific incident... Dr Almadhoun is very knowledgeable and compassionate. He also takes the time to explain things. I never feel rushed. He's fantastic with my Autistic son, too.
Not sure why anyone would give less than 5 stars. They are always professional when we see Dr. Almadhoun
Having a sick kiddo is nerve wracking and exhausting. This practice is absolutely top shelf. Dr. Almadhoud and his team are outstanding. I would give 10 stars if I could. The kindness and understanding is unparalleled. You don’t feel rushed. They take time to get to know you (and you them) so you feel comfortable. They truly are the best.
