My kids have been going here for years. Yes, you have to leave a message, but they usually call you back. We like it here better because they don't do prick tests to find out about the allergies but blood tests. The kids don't like the blood tests but it's a lot better than the prick tests, holding your kids back from trying to scratch themselves. The receptionists are great!

This place is a JOKE. My child had a full body reaction to peach, so his pediatrician suggested we go here. I’ve been calling FOR A MONTH AND A HALF STRAIGHT and I can’t get anyone to pick up the phone DURING office hours. Don’t bother even trying to go here
Receptionist extremely unfriendly and rude, very short and unhelpful!!!! NO STARS
Receptionist are extremely rude, they are difficult to get ahold of, and when they do answer they treat you like crap. Don't recommend anyone to go to this place. I suggest just asking the Dr for a different location
