Based on the previous reviews this place definitely needs to fire their secretary and manger Sarah G. It's clear they don't want patients. This place is not accommodating to autism. I am Austic and very minimally verbal. I wrote them a letter in the mail asking for an appointment. I told them my birth date, insurance information and date of my last depo shot and when next one would be due. Basic information, one would need for an appointment and told them I was austic. me and my partner were looking forward to the clarity our 11 week appointments promised they screwed everything up and were going to use my partner for the students to practice pap smears on rather than the appropriate 11-13 week screening so i appropriate and so irresponsible should be able to sue for that sort of negligence
please be very cautious and do your own research if you're going to this obgyn they didn't even tell me about an NT exam, didn't have my schedule one until it was too late and I had to beg someone to get me in. They didn't offer any education about any of the testing and they made me show up to their office for absolutely no reason. Very traumatic day.
If you walk into this clinic expecting basic respect or compassion, you’re going to be disappointed fast. From the moment you step inside, you’ll feel the attitude and dismissiveness. The staff acts like you’re a burden just for showing up, and any question you ask is met with flat-out rudeness. If I could give zero stars I would. The front desk receptionist is rude and has no understanding of what an urgent appointment should be like. There is no concern for patient care. Why should people ever go here when they don’t care about their patients. Absolute worst place ever. Save your time and go to an OB/GYN that actually gives a shit about you.
