Genuinely so terrible. The administration is so bad, they never answer calls, so you can’t even change your appointment or cancel your appointment on time. The actual physician is fine though. Good luck staying in business with such a bad administration.
Dr Elliott goes above and beyond for his patients , he actually takes the time to listen and doesn’t rush and actually hears you and addresses your issues . 14 years I been with him I will never find another Dr like him . I appreciate this facility and all the staff
My primary care physician at UBMD primary care is great. However, I keep having unpleasant interactions with staff at the reception desk. It's not an isolated event for me, and you can see in many other reviews here that other people are having the same experience. Reception also didn't return calls and forward messages for me. I should add that there is 1 person who works at the reception desk who is particularly nice. She stands out from most other humans in her degree of niceness. But then there's the other person.
