The worst place to go, they don’t know anything. They don’t return calls and pf course they don’t respond the messages through the portal. Summary: they don’t care at all about anyone
My mom has been seeing Dr Daniel Morelli at UBMD Family Medicine for many years. I accompany to her to these visits because she is elderly. I have always found Dr Morelli to be a fantastic listener. He is thorough and answers all Mom's and my questions until he is certain we understand. To my recollection, there has never been a long wait while getting in to see the doctor. I have been going there since I was 5. I am now 44. All my kids and grandchildren goes there and never had any issues with seeing our primary or getting in when we need to
The reviews that I have read cannot possibly be the whole truth; Three sides to every story! One and the other, and the truth! I have been under this office’s umbrella for over sixteen years. Any questions or requests, thru the portal, are answered within an hour, period! Phone calls do take more time, in all aspects of life, period! Never returned my phone call about becoming a new patient. Judging from all of the bad reviews however, seems like I dodged a bullet by not becoming a patient here.
