From the perspective of someone who relies on this building’s management and concierge presence daily, there are some concerns worth noting for anyone considering living here. The building advertises 24/7 management and concierge, however over the past year and more, this has not consistently matched what is experienced. On multiple occasions between 7:00–8:00am, there is no visible management staff in the loby or office. I had a really great experience with AOWN, my apartment concierge, who recently helped me change my old key to a new one(the apartment change our key system). From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to talk to. AOWN communicated clearly and made sure I understood the whole process. Thanks very much for the help of the building manager TU, he was very patient in answering our doubts and helping us to understand the apartment better, he is a very warm person who made us feel like family, and at the same time he was also very professional and answered our questions very well.

I have just moved in the building this July and it has been an easy move thanks to Sedat and the entire concierge team. They were very considerate of my time when I required to use facilities to move in. There is always a person at the reception to help me out or if I had a question. Overall this is the best residential building I’ve stayed at so far.
