I came to UBLISS Medical Aesthetics after looking at other spas for a long time. Unlike some other offices I went to, the staff here are extremely friendly and personable! Stella was so kind to answer all my questions and concerns regarding botox, as this was my first time getting it done. She also gave me the option of two different botox brands, one if I wanted it to be more natural or another if I wanted a more frozen look. I had XERF with Stella, and the experience was BEYOND pleasurable! She educated me adequately regarding the premise of and the expectations with the treatment beforehand, made sure I felt comfortable during the process and asked me if I felt okay throughout, and she made sure to follow up with me even several days and a week after the treatment. I was also taken care of alongside Nurse Chae - who was also wonderful! I cannot wait to be back!
I went to this spa today with my mom and sister, and we absolutely loved our experience! The staff was so kind, welcoming, and professional from the moment we walked in. The spa was clean, relaxing, and had such a peaceful atmosphere. We all left feeling refreshed and pampered. Thank you for making our day so special we will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family!
Stella and Lea are both amazing!! They make sure you’re fully taken care of and comfortable before proceeding.
It has been a great experience at ubliss everyone there is very caring and informative receptionist is sweet and Nam has the softest touch. Botox was a success will come back for sure
