The ordering and shipping happened quickly-that was the plus. However, their customer service is non-existent. I needed my purchase to be tax exempt and could not get it approved. I was told there is no such thing as phone support that could have cleared it up in minutes. After I thought it was cleared up, I was told I'd get a credit for the tax. I own 2 Ubiquiti products ~ a Nanostation MSM2 (on the 2.4Ghz band) and also a smaller Loco M2 (also 2.4 Ghz) Used as Wifi hotspot antennas, I like these because I dont have to be actually in the microwave radiation to access wifi but can place at a setpoint and draw the internet back via Copper Cat6e cable to any distance but typically 100-600 ft to help instead of punching thru forests.) I spent over $3,000 on equipment from this company, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The equipment arrived much later than the promised delivery date. On top of that, one of the units did not work at all, and despite their advertised warranty, they never responded to my requests to have it replaced. After spending that much money, I expected much better customer service and support. I will never purchase anything from this company again.

Love the products until you need actual support on anything. They're the absolute worst and basically employ tier 1 techs to support everything. I've had multiple cases opened with zero resolution on any of them.
