Customer service is a nightmare, never ending 30+ min wait list unless you are #1. Waited over 30+ mins to get ahold of someone, wasted my whole work break and then the lady goes "You want me to wait" like they couldn't hold on for 10 mins after wasting my time which is my money. TERRIBLE !
Let me leave a review at this one too!!! Don’t be fooled by their good interest rates - their system is stuck in 1941. Avoid at all costs and let them flounder and die. It’s what they deserve ❤️
