I had an issue with my boiler making strange sounds. After numerous phonecalls I received a callback from UberHeats with availability the following day. I couldn't accommodate this so we agreed on a visit 3 days later and I was given a four-hour timeslot. From the start, I received an email communication upon booking the appointment, a follow up email the day before and a text message when he was on the way.
