Was recommended by Currys at Rushmere to go for an ipad 10.2 cover at Uberfone as Currys didnt have any that day in stock-uberfone only had 1 style in black or pink-bought the pink but it didnt have a holder for an apple pencil-i didnt realise until i got home-i phoned+asked if their other store might have more selection+was told No-same stock!asked if i could get a refund if i came back over(26 mile round trip)-was told as it wasnt faulty i couldnt get a refund+only a credit note!ok it wasnt faulty but it was not what i exp... read more

Phoned this shop to enquire about a repair for my phone The young lady ask me to call in with the phone and they would check it out I brought the phone in a young man cheerfully greeted me on arrival to the shop and said he would look at the phone maybe just dirt in it !! 🤞🏽He then proceed to clean the dirt from it and low and behold he started to charge it was fantastic service There was no charge Such excellent customer service xx

I rang the repairs division this morning to ask about a new battery for my phone Robert who answered the phone. He could not have been more helpful in sorting my phone. Excellent service. Thank you
