Great Beer Selection but, Dick Weekeend Bartender – One of the best bars in Seattle with a great tap lineup and lots of bottles. You can find some beers here you can't find anywhere else. But watch out for the weekend bartender named Ken. He is a huge dick and will kick you out after two beers if you look at him wrong. Best Beer Bar in Seattle. Go before it gets too well-known – Uber Tavern is amazing on several fronts. First the vibe: Upon entering this tiny gem you are greeted by a round fireplace bar made by a local artist. It?s kind of a communal table masquerading as a small bonfire. A selection and prices that I find VERY pleasing. This is not one of those places that claims to have a HUGE selection, then has every type of major brew on tap.
