I wish there was something worse than 1 star. The Latino lady is so unprofessional and they take forever to hand you a car. Worse of it all is that they’ll give you a terribly dirty car. Can never recommend this place

Worst of the worst. Scheduled a pickup for an electric vehicle---Polestar 2 or equivalent---a day in advance. Drove 40 minutes, arrived on time, checked in, and 10 minutes later I was called and informed all they had was a Chevy Bolt! A car so small it probably can't even fit a single full size suitcase in the "trunk!" Are you kidding me? I would also give a -0 review if it was available. In fact, not just to this hertz location, also to all the experience I had with this car company. The worst customer support ever. I was given a durty car with a psi problem in the tire. When I called asking them to fix it, I was told I had to pay for the repair. Unacceptable since I was given the car that way.
