This review is for the Brooklyn LGA shuttle. The Uber app took me to Barclays Center while the actual pick up was opposite the Apple Store on Ashland Place. No signage! A very poor experience! I messaged the Uber driver for exact location and did not hear back. I was lucky to see a black van and had to sprint to make the connection! This was way too stressful!
We were in NY for New Year and we have reserved an Uber for Persons with limited access to go back to the airport a few weeks before our trip to NY. We were waiting in the lobby of the hotel for the taxi foreseen on Jan 1st 15h15 when I received a message from Uber at 14h50 saying that our Uber trip was done and that we could give a tip to the driver!.
