Training for a marathon I developed a pretty painful Achilles problem. My Achilles was literally grinding and what I believe about to rupture. I took 3 weeks off running. with my race coming up in a matter of a month, Cat dry needed my calf and in a matter of a week, I was running with no pain! I ran the best race I have ever run!
