Very rude staff working at the reception
Student health and well being? As if. They couldn’t care less about that. Booking system is really bad and they rescheduled me one day in advance and just gave me a wish-washy reason about ‘scheduling conflicts’. Unaccommodating and the communication with the doctor was really frustrating too. It took me a month to book this appointment. So disappointed.
Talk to dr Nelson and she will make you feel truly suicidal. Lacks experience with people of disabilities. Had no idea what im talking about and wasted a lot a time and documents for her to give me misleading information and refuse to help. Plus what does my citizenship have anything to do with my mental health? And then they tell you why don't you seek help... ive been waiting for this appointment God only knows how long. All in vain!

Not reviewing the hospital just the UBC Health Services. they were so kind and really care and made sure to let me know which options i had and which was cheaper and required and not required and made sure i had everything i needed done for my forms. there was a bit of a issue/mix up with the hospital and they came down and made sure it got sorted and done
