Front-line workers fast, efficient and cracking jokes with me
I just want to thank everyone in the Radiology Dept. My mom comes in to get epidural injections for severe spinal stenosis. I have taken her twice now and we have had absolutely the best care! The nurses and doctors were so kind and caring and really took the time to give my mom the best care possible! I really hope you know how appreciated you are!
I had to walk in as noone returned my earlier calls. However, once there, the receptionist was friendly, helpful and efficent. The technicians were also quick and friendly. I was in and out in no time at all. Good experience!
You must make an appointment for most of the services they offer. I had to call in advance and was answer by an automatic respond, and thought it was going to take forever for them to get back to me, but it was the following day. I got my appointment quick, and the service was great. Staff was extremely professional and nice.
