Wait times were very long with no indication as to how long each step might take. Staff were incredible, especially the doctor whose manner was very gentle and compassionate.
Really horrible experience here. Had a huge cut on my hand from a rusty piece of metal, bleeding out everywhere - eventually was able to stop the blood. Definitely needed a tetanus shot. Tried 3 different pharmacies (2x Shoppers, 1x London Drugs) and was told they were completely booked with flu shots and wouldn't have walk-ins available for vaccines. ☆☆☆☆ (1 out of 5 stars) I had my endoscopy and colonoscopy done at UBC Hospital yesterday. Dr. Moosavi was very professional, kind, and reassuring, and the nurse who took care of me after the procedure was also very kind and gentle ,I truly appreciated her care. However, my experience with the two nurses who prepared me before the procedure was not pleasant. They were not rude, but they were not gentle or considerate either. I'm glad I came to the right place. Nurses are very friendly. Dr. Quintana Alexander is very professional, and nice explained everything to me. after checking and diagnose, I received right treatment. Pain relieved immediately. Thank you very much.
