Disorganized and supervising doctors do not seem to be reviewing patient records at all. Use this clinic if you need referrals but be prepared to figure out any diagnosis on your own, as these folks are largely not capable.
I am incredibly fortunate to have a caring and skilled GP at this clinic, who has shown me the highest standard of care. The front desk reception does not provide empathetic or professional care. The receptionist has several times laughed at me and stated things in a mocking tone when I call to book an appointment, sometimes after I state my reason for booking. Incredibly rude receptionist - I honestly would not recommend this clinic to anyone , a receptionist who screams at someone over the phone and refuses to listen , then gets information totally muddled up - whoever is in charge you really need to pay attention to her customer service skills ....the worst I have ever seen from any medical professional ever anywhere world wide, it also appears that others have had the same experience with that receptionist - so I have filed a formal complaint and would like a follow up to that ... read more
I had only positive experience with UBC Health Clinic. The diagnosis and the is always friendly. Doctors genuinely care and try to help. In need of a doctor, you don't have to wait weeks as well as the actual appointment is on time.
