Incredibly rude receptionist - I honestly would not recommend this clinic to anyone , a receptionist who screams at someone over the phone and refuses to listen , then gets information totally muddled up - whoever is in charge you really need to pay attention to her customer service skills ....the worst I have ever seen from any medical professional ever anywhere world wide, it also appears that others have had the same experience with that receptionist - so I have filed a formal complaint and would like a follow up to that ... read more
I had only positive experience with UBC Health Clinic. The diagnosis and the is always friendly. Doctors genuinely care and try to help. In need of a doctor, you don't have to wait weeks as well as the actual appointment is on time.
I saw a doctor at this clinic for nearly three years trying to seek help with complex autoimmune related issues. I was told over and over that we would monitor my symptoms but then every time I brought them up again the doctor acted as if I had never mentioned those symptoms before, so clearly wasn't monitoring or even taking notes on anything. They continually acted like they didn't believe me and denied I had a condition that I have definitively been diagnosed with since childhood. I was hesitant to leave because it is so ... read more
