Ubatuba Acai bowls straight fire!!!
I asked to use the restroom and the employees told me “ we don’t have a restroom sorry “ but I saw a restroom in the back of the store?
My favorite açaí in LA! It really hits home, tastes just like Brazil. Staff is always super friendly and the bowls are consistently great. Love this place!
I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here over the years but today was the last time Ubatuba gets any more of my money. Like other reviewers have mentioned, the customer service is awful and I’m sure ownership is unaware of how their business is being represented. Specifically a shorter latino gentleman who will make you feel like you’re entering a game of “is he pissed today?” Russian Roulette….because if he is? You and your order are at his mercy.
