I made an appointment for the week before my wedding to get my brows and eyelashes done. I confirmed my appointment and showed up the day of and no one was there. The door was locked, all lights were shut off so I called, left several voicemails & sent an email but ended up leaving after sitting there for 25 minutes. I never received any communication back from them to this day. I totally understand mistakes happen but to get zero communication back is really disappointing. Thank god another salon could get me in quickly!

Best Waxing Experts! They will help you feel comfortable and it's a very nice relaxing environment. Very clean and inviting. Highly recommend!
I’ve been going to Ubare for a couple of years, and their new location is amazing-so peaceful and relaxing. The quality of their waxing and facial services is always top-notch, and I love that they focus on clean, safe ingredients. The estheticians make me feel comfortable every time, and James, the owner, is incredibly welcoming and attentive. Ubare absolutely deserves all 5 stars!
