It's a complete audiology facility and clinic. I've been coming here for years, on my fourth set of hearing aids. The staff are experts, and it's a teaching clinic, so there are students sitting in on your appointments. They are quick to respond to service issues: for example, one of my hearing aids was quitting on me. I called them Monday afternoon, dropped it off Tuesday morning, one of the audiologists diagnosed the problem that day (rather obvious as it happened) and called me with a couple of options to keep me going wh... read more
Terrible communication and insanely long waitlists. I got my daughter on the waitlist in mid-spring 2023. The person who took the information made it seem certain that they would have an opening in the fall, about 6 months later. Based on that information, we did not pursue other options. When fall got close, we called once a week, but couldn't get through to a person, and no one returned any of our calls. Finally, just today, I was told that they have no openings this fall and probably none in the spring. That means that th... read more
I took my 7 year ol d here 3x a week for a month for help with APD. The staff was great in every aspect. My daughter enjoyed her experience and while she still has difficulties, her time here helped her.
A well-run program with committed students, staff, and faculty. My toddler is always excited to go to her speech-learning sessions.
