Do not whatever you do allow UB to touch your teeth --They insisted on a deep cleaning --i asked them to watch out for the veneers --one of my veneers was pried loose during the cleaning --had to be cemented back the other feel out later after i told them something came off the back --my concerns were dismissed---and it fell out --when contacted --they refuse to acknowledge any responsibility --and will not put it back --they offer no help ---they pull teeth and offer little solutions ---inexperienced students and teachers
If I could rate 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible bed side manner, my daughter was scheduled to have her wisdom teeth extracted with sedation because of her severe anxiety. She is overweight and the Dr. (older gentleman), I will not mention his name …basically fat shamed her saying that because her BMI was too high that they could not perform the procedure with sedation. I understand that they are not a hospital and have certain guidelines they need to follow, but they should have told us that before we came for the appoi... read more
