I was referred to Dr. Kowalski from a previous surgeon. During this time my husband passed away and I lost my railroad insurance. Then, a cyst on my spine grew enough to make it so I could not walk. Dr Kowalski dismissed me and my pain and allowed the cyst to remain until I could see a doctor that took Medicaid. Very disorganized. I do not trust this office with my personal health information. I had an appointment scheduled for the end of December with Dr. Brian McGraff. I got a call in November saying my appointment was suddenly canceled and I could either come in today or reschedule for January. I ended up coming in that day and they wanted to do an X-ray on my hip but not my knee before even seeing the doctor. Which was odd because I made the appointment saying I was mainly having issues with my knee with some pain in my hip too.... read more
Dr. Boucher is great. Took the time to listen and thoroughly answered all my questions. Didn't feel rushed and offered practical solutions in regard to the back injury I recently sustained. Highly recommend.
On my first visit, I was seeing my primary doctor and had blood work done. Two staff members attempted to draw my blood. One of them clearly did not know what she was doing – I was punctured twice for no reason, she kept “digging” and hitting my arm even after I told her it was hurting and suggested using the other arm.
