Beware. UB Cool recommended replacement of the system at a cost of $15k, stating it was expected to cost around $6k to repair. I am relieved I obtained a second opinion as the other company charged $1k for repair and the system is working perfectly. I believe they are dishonest and are take advantage of people without knowledge of air conditioning units which is most of us. I wish it was an option to select zero stars.
