I had a stroke upon release from hospital told to call to get an appointment immediately. I have called twice now and was told a second note would be passed to the Doctor.appointment. someone would get back with me again! I am not at all impressed with this lack a day attitude and I haven't had my first appointment yet. Medical advise get help immediately, doctor response whenever whenever!
I recently had whats called a Brain TIA. I went to the emergency room and they diagnosed me. Scariest thing that's happened to me, hands down. I was told that this is a critical time and i need to be seen by a neurologist within the next 3 to 5 days. This is a Thursday right before a holiday weekend so I had little faith that I would get seen without some major push. Dr Kareem was wonderful but his staff needs some work. I have tried to reach anyone by phone to find lab results. I now have to drive there and see if I can get help. Sad
Dr Steven Maynard is the sole reason I am able to function with my seizures and the medication side effects. He is passionate and good at what he does. He is professional and to the point. I never have to worry about my medications. His staff are very quick to respond. I’ve been seeing him for 10+ years and I recommend him to anyone seeking neurological help.
