I wish there was a zero rating for this medical office because that's what I would give them. Having said that, it may deserve a one star because Dr Mallum seemed knowledgeable. I took my Mother there due to having Parkinsons disease symptoms. After having the suggested tests, Dr Mallum questioned whether her symptoms were actually Parkinsons disease. He initially put her on a prescription for Parkinsonian disease that really helped her symptoms but then changed it to try an essential tremors medication. This medication caus... read more
Support staff does not return phone calls. Have left multiple messages and never received a return phone call.
Dr Mallum himself was very knowledgeable. However, I have tried for 6 weeks now to simply get a refill on a prescription. I have yet to receive a call back from the nurse, after calling and leaving 3 messages on 3 different occasions. This is by far the worst care I have ever received from a medical office. I definitely do not recommend.
The neurology department is a joke! Do not go there, we have now seen 2 completely different doctors for 2 completely different reasons. Go to Horizon or better yet drive to Indy.
The nurse I saw was great, but I would not recommend seeing Dr Mallum for migraines or seizures. Not only did he misinform me about hemiplegic migraines and non epileptic seizures, he did not look over my hospital records prior to my appointment with him. I overheard him in the hallway look at my records for a three day hospital stay in all of one minute, and informed me I was fine and just needed therapy.
