The office staff was very rude on the phone. Took 3 weeks to get results to me. Called the office several times, left several messages with no call back. Office staff lack professionalism. Do not recommend.
I told them I had had thyroid cancer 7 years ago. They said they knew how to treat me. But apparently not. My levels have to be very low and she could not understand why even after I explained it. They said I should go some where else. What a waist of time and money. Took a month for them to get my prescription ordered
Don't bother even trying if your life depends on an Endocrinologist, there isn't one. Advertising as such is irresponsible on UMG. Any problems, don't bother to try to administrators help, it's a joke!!!
