I went in for a mammogram and, unexpectedly, the doctor brought another person into the room without asking for my permission or even introducing them. This person was present during my ultrasound without any explanation. After they left, I had to ask the technician who it was, and she mentioned it was a resident. wait time was awful. Had me waiting 2 hours and 30 minutes for a doctor to come in my room.

Awful. Wouldn’t answer calls to schedule appointments, the ladies at the help desk were not helpful at all
I currently am under treatment at UAMS Cancer Center. I wish I could say that the care I receive from my oncologist is beneficial to me, but it is not. His current support staff is lacking in professionalism as well. I have been ignored in my concerns with medication & treatments.
